She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth D'Andrea and Armond D'Andrea; and her sister Terese Engquist. She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Melendes of New Providence, NJ; and her children, Stephen Melendes (Marcy) of Haddonfield, NJ, Chris Melendes (Monica) of Hingham, MA and Joseph Melendes (Sofia) of Summit, NJ.
