He was predeceased by: his parents, John Giuntoli and Olivia "Lee" Giuntoli; his son James "Jed" Phillips; and his stepson Noah Fischler. He is survived by: his wife Gail Phillips; his daughter Michelle (Chris Stevenson) of Asbury Park; his stepchildren, Jon Mooney (Jen) of Brick, Ryan Mooney of Neptune and Cal Fischler of San Francisco, CA; his grandchildren, Jacob and Jon "Jack"; his brother William Phillips (Dawn) of Chicago; and his nephews, Michael and Gregory.
