He was predeceased by: his father Albert M. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis S. Horowitz of Fair Lawn, NJ; and his siblings, Bonnie Horowitz of Fair Lawn, NJ and Martin (Rosemary) of Freehold, NJ.. He is also survived by 3 nephews, one great niece, and one great nephew.
