She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas J. Cauwels; her parents, Kenneth E. Bartlett and Irene Bartlett; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Bartlett. She is survived by: her daughter Janine Forry (Chris); her brother Walter "Butch" Bartlett; her grandchildren, Christian, Ryan and Bobby; her nieces and nephews, Tracey, Kelley and Michael; and her stepchildren, Joseph, Maureen and Michael.
