He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Kim), Frances Hatfield (Don) and David (Lorrie); his grandchildren, Corinne, Kyle, Alyssa, Bridget, Ian, Trevor, David, Matthew, Jack and Paige; his wife Erica; his stepson Gary (Judy); and his caregiver Kate. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.
