“I just learned today of Tom's death. Tom and I went to Jr and Sr high school together in Clifton and were together in all of the school bands. We traveled to Europe together in 1970 with our high school band. I haven't seen him since high school but my memories are of a kind, dedicated and caring person. He was always a friend.
