She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Chandravadan Dave and Neelakshi Dave; and her brother Dr. Durdant C. Dave. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Manoj Modi; her daughters, Mauli Pandya (Samip) of West Orange, NJ, Shaili Oza (Meet) of Cambridge and Ontario; and her grandchildren, Tanusha and Aayush Pandya.
