He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roger Burrell and Julia Burrell; his wife JoAnn; his daughter Cyndi Mayer (Herbert); his siblings, Raushaunna Hogans (Daryl), Gale Mac Donald, Camiel Swan, Diane Diggs (Dannie), Linda Acevedo, Deborah Chibar, Dennis Garnette and Lonnie Hicks; his grandchildren, Rey Harris II and Ryan-Ashley Harris; and his great grandchild Elias Hunter Harris.
