She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary and Vincent DiGeronimo; her husband Chester A. Karnas; her siblings, Mildred Russo, Mary Miscia, Rachel Rubino, Sophie Sgroi, Eleanor Bilotta, Gloria Lehman, Mercedes Zicchelli, Joseph DiGeronimo, Daniel DiGeronimo, Vincent DiGeronimo, Joseph A. DiGeronimo and Benito DiGeronimo; and her grandson Chestin Karnas.

She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Marie Skinner (Richard), F. Chet Karnas (MaryEllen), Marialana Liloia (Peter), Julianna Stoeckel (Mike) and Chester Karnas; her grandchildren, Richard Skinner, Robert Skinner, Jessica Skinner, Mason Karnas (Ana), Peter Karnas, Harley Karnas, Skylar Karnas, Izaak Corcoran-Krasko, Alexandra Liloia Bishop (David), Dr. Alainna Liloia, Peter Liloia IV (Marlene), Steven Stoeckel, Michael Stoeckel, Katrina and Austin Stoeckel; her great grandchildren, Miquela Karnas, Brynley Karnas, Mase Cruz Karnas and Mila Rodriquez; and her sisters, Virginia Cosgrove and Dolores Arminio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
