He was predeceased by: his brother Dick Gorman. He is survived by: his wife Connie Johnson; his children, Kyra Malvey and Eric Malvey; his brothers, Bill Malvey and Frank Gorman; his pet Lucy; and his caregivers, Karl, Peter and Jaquie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
