It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Evans (Montclair, New Jersey), who passed away on September 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Patricia Evans (McGovern); and his siblings, Catherine and William T. Evans. He is survived by: his children, Mary Evans, Patricia Turvey (Sam), Cecelia Beekman (Ed), Tim Evans (Joyce), William Evans (Nancy), Thomas G. Evans, Margaret Beattie (Nick), Frank Evans (Tara) and Pop; and his grandchildren, John, Catherine, Georgia Turvey, Tim (Michelle), Anna Beekman, Michael, Thomas (Alyssa), Will, Meg and George Evans.
