He is survived by: his parent Joan Mary Caputo; his spouse Christine Caputo; his siblings, Donna Consolo and John Caputo; his children, Sean Wojciechowicz, Erin Wojciechowicz and Catherine Wojciechowicz (Scott Yales); his siblings-in-law, John Wojciechowicz (Michelle Annunziata) and Barbara Schick (Christopher); his friend Brandy; and also, Alyssa, Nicholas, Kayla, Timothy Wojciechowicz, Elizabeth Wojciechowicz (Marc Mazzone), Taylor, Aris, Oliveah, Evan, Kyle, Ryan and Aunt Helen. He is also survived by many cousins and countless friends.
