David Casto Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2025, at the age of 93, David Casto of Montclair, New Jersey, born in Wadsworth, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Casto to pay them a last tribute.
In the sacred silence of farewell, David is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that David's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Kirkpatrick Casto; his son Kirk; and his sister Ann Brandli. He is survived by: his wife Doranne O'Hara Casto; his sons, Kevin, David Jr. and Chip (Lindsay); and his stepchildren, Christine, Dan (Annette), John (Mary Ellen) and Justin (Michael). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Episcopal Church (581 Valley Rd, Montclair, NJ 07043).
