She is survived by: her mother Jessie Dale Wade; her husband Ryan Alan Smith; her son Julius Austin Smith; her father Donald Sinclair Wade (Ethel); her siblings, Donna Kaye Wade, Douglas Sinclair Wade (Danielle), Kayleigh Wade and Donnelle Wade; her nephew Andrew Wade; her niece Sophia Wade; her aunt Rosalind Wade; her cousins, Bobby Holman, D. C., Kenneth Chuck Wade (Michele), Andrea Wade, Trina Wade, Demetrius Crawford, Jocelyn Wade, Olivia Wade, Jayzmyne Wade and Keith Wade; her siblings-in-law, James Smith and Jasmine Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Jada, Jessiah Smith, Tareke, Taron Smith and Taliq Medley-Smith.
