He is survived by: his wife Devyani; his sons, Neil Shroff (Lauren) of Watchung, NJ and Nick Shroff (Malin) of Boca Raton, FL.; and his grandchildren, Raina, Rishi, Nina, Naia, Kasper, Shyam and Annika.
