Joseph Salvatore Harper Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Salvatore Harper of Montague, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 25, 2025 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joseph Salvatore may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harriet, Wallace Harper, Alice and William Boyce. He is survived by: his parents, Mitchell W. Harper and Pegeen P. Boyce Harper of Montague, NJ.; his son Bentley Joseph Harper of Port Jervis, NY.; and his sister Rebecca Harper Green of New Bern, NC. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Gray-Parker Funeral Home (100 E Main St, Port Jervis, NY 12771). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Laurel Grove Cemetery-Totowa Nj (294 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512).
