She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ann Urbanek (Eric), Lisa Marie Murphy and Linda Marie D'Alfonso (Michael); her grandsons, Eric Urbanek, Josh Urbanek, William Murphy, III, Samuel Murphy and Michael D'Alfonso; and her great grandchildren, Landon Urbanek, Taylor Mae Urbanek, Nora Murphy and Evan Urbanek.
