She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Reuben and Grace Black Osgood; her husband William B. Miltimore; her siblings, David Osgood and Lin Osgood Norman; and her daughter Ruthanne Bates.

She is survived by: her sister Judy Matthews; her children, Bryan Miltimore III (Stephanie), Joy Young, Allen Young (Jane), Jay Young and Jan Knorr (Robert); her grandchildren, Stacey Mangine (Joe), Angela Villecco, John Villecco (Katie), Lisa Allgaier (Eric), Ben Young, Amanda Mitchell (Jon), Erika Knorr (Stephanie), Caroline Young (Jimmy), Kristen Knorr (Terrance), Brooke Knorr and Dillan Young (Kylie); and her great grandchildren, Elayna, Sofie Allgaier, Adelyn Villecco, Eli, Madilynn Mitchell, Brynlee Knorr and Elliott Osborne.
