Hazel E. Lacy Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Counsellor and Ella Counsellor (Dawson); her husband Robert L.; her granddaughter Ashley; and her siblings, Emma, Ethel, Ruth, Alice and John.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Scott Lacy (Kathy), Jymme Haney, John Adam Lacy (Kelly), Lori Ann Robinson (Elwood) and David Lacy (Sue); and her siblings, Louise Patrick, Allen Counsellor, Harriet Miller and Ella Mae Eachus. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that donations be sent to the American Cancer Society at donate.cancer.org.
