He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Lee and Annie Mae Ricks; and his brothers, Melvin Ricks, James Ricks and Larry Ricks.
He is survived by: his children, Tinisha and Rickeyah Ricks; his grandchildren, Tiana and Sofia Satterfield; and his siblings, Fannie Ricks, Thomas Ricks, Carrie Ricks, Yvonne Ricks and Daniel Ricks (Steve). He is also survived by his family and friends.
