He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Rinkowski and Claire Rinkowski; his mother-in-law Dorothy Leonard; his brother Edward Rinkowski; and his brother-in-law Frank Quaglia.

He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Leonard; his children, Dawn Rinkowski, Rosemary Cook (Warren) and Jeffrey Rinkowski; his grandchildren, Taylor, Brianna Cook, Allison, Joseph Pollard and Raina Rinkowski; his siblings, Joanne Palmer (Ned), Margie Rinkowski, Robert (Carole), Paul, Phyllis Quaglia and Claire Gilardi; and his in-laws, Eddie Leonard (Maritza), Jimmy Leonard and David Leonard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
