He is survived by: his parents, Francis S. Stanton and Mary Stanton; his wife Elaine Scofield Stanton of Monroe Township; his siblings, Francis X. Stanton (Joan) and Maryann Stanton; his godson Roger Stanton (Andora); and his great-nieces, Eva, Era and Aila.
