He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mazziotta and Rose Mazziotta; his son Jude Thaddeus Mazziotta; and his siblings, Kathleen, Phyllis, James and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mazziotta; his daughters, Crista Carulli (Gino) and Marisa Cohen (Jason); his grandchildren, Jude Thaddeus Mazziotta, Layla Grace Mazziotta and Milena Grace; and his sister Barbara Mazziotta.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Church (5411 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10312).
