John J. Brennan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2024, at the age of 91, John J. Brennan of Monroe Township, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brennan and Bridget Brennan (Rooney); his daughter Mary McGrann (Michael McGrann); and his sister Eileen Warde. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his children, John Brennan (Joanne) and Anne Gonzalez (Stephen Gonzalez); and his sisters, Mary Gorman and Patricia Rogers. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Whether it was his involvement with the Knights of Columbus, his tenure on the Community Board, or his thoughtful contributions to the field of education, John's life was a living example of service and integrity.
