He was predeceased by : his parents, Ana Costas and Frank Costas. He is survived by : his wife Leticia; his daughters, Cristina (Paul), Liana (Eric) and Kari (David); his grandchildren, Joseph, Emily, Genevieve, Frederic and Elodie; his siblings, Doris, Dennis and Eladio; and his daughter Penny.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:15 AM at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home Inc. (205 Rhode Hall Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord RC Church (185 Applegarth Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
