He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jan Grad and Maria Sadleja. He is survived by: his wife Maria Grad (Leszczynska) of Monroe Twp; his children, Danuta Piorek (Robert) of Rahway, Ewa Carrube (Richard) of Monroe Twp and Piotr Grad (Karen Lorenzo-Grad) of Bloomingdale, CA; and his grandchildren, Tristan Carrube and Jayden Carrube.
