He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edmee, Buffon Mondestin and Martha Sorrentino. He is survived by: his parent Drs; his siblings, Marc Anthony and Gabriella Marie Sorrentino; his grandfather Francis Sorrentino of Monroe Twp; his children, God Church and Cherry Tree Farm Road; and his brother Newman Springs Rd.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations honoring David's memory be made to a scholarship fund in his name at http://www.cbalincroftnj.org.
