He was predeceased by: his wife Giovanna A. Rubino; and his sons, Carl Rubino and Joseph Rubino. He is survived by: his children, Vito Rubino of Hightstown, Vencenzia Rubino of East Windsor and Nunzia T. De Stefano (Joseph) of East Windsor; his grandchildren, Michelle, Jennifer, Joseph, Billy, Georgie, Johnny, Domonique, Rocco and Damion; his great grandchildren, Justin, Mia, Elijah, Shayla, Maya, Anthony, Kaylee, Mila, Noah, Nick and Jace; and his uncle Ciro.
