Higley Jr. (Monmouth Junction, New Jersey), born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, who passed away on January 19, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his sons, William III of North Brunswick, Louis of Lawrenceville and David of Jamesburg Manor; and his sister Elizabeth Page of Edison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
