It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry A. Cholewka (Monmouth Junction, New Jersey), born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on August 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cholewka and Kazmiera Cholewka (Soletska); and his brother Stanley Cholewka. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Cholewka (Duffy); his children, Stephen Cholewka and Jennifer Cholewka; and his brother Michael Cholewka.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
