It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Eager Jr. of Monmouth Beach, New Jersey, born in Long Branch, New Jersey, who passed away on July 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip J. Eager Sr. and Margaret Larkin Eager; his sisters, Patricia Eager, Madeline Nies and Mary Johnson; his wife Kathleen Gannon Eager of Monmouth Beach; his children, Philip J. Eager III, Michael J. Eager (Catherine), Matthew J. Eager (Ana) and Kelly Eager Zweig (Eugene); and his grandchildren, Alix (Christopher Zweig), Andrew, Kevin (Brian Eager), Harrison (Maxwell Eager) and Paula Matsunaga (Sarah Eager). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid19, a private service will be held for the family.
