He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Otten and Mary Otten; and his son Peter John Otten. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Chad Bertrand; his brother Charles; his sister-in-law Barbara Otten; and his grandchildren, Alexia, Sierra and Chad.
