He was predeceased by: his brother Howard Van Duzer; and his parents, Dorothy C. Leonardis and Frederick C. Leonardis, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Leonardis; his stepson Andrew Cassese; his daughter-in-law Brittany Birks; his daughter Stacey Carnahan; his son-in-law Michael Edwards; his children, Andrew Leonardis and Cheryl Clarkin; and his son-in-law Jack Clarkin.
