He is survived by: his wife Daisy (Aleman); his son Osvaldo Cruz Jr. (Caroline Pena-Cruz); his granddaughters, Olivia, Catalina and Kendra; his daughter Adriana Martinez (Wilson); his grandchildren, Victoria and Eliana; his great grandchild Sheila Cruz; and also, Shayvanna, Rihanna and Aurelia.
