He was predeceased by: his parent Allison B. Hart; and his sister Melissa Hart. He is survived by: his parent Joy V.; his siblings, Thomas Hart (Martha) of North Carolina and Kate Charley (Ray) of Pennsylvania; his nieces and nephews, Catherine Hart, Elizabeth Hart of North Carolina, Thomas Webb Hart of California, Michael Charley, Thomas Charley and Sarah Raye Dumnich of Pennsylvania; and his great-nephews, Andrew Charley, Jacob Charley, Clara Charley and Sophia Charley.
