He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Plummer and John Plummer Jr. (Butch); and his grandparents, Catherine (Hall), John Plummer Sr., Helen (Corson) and Richard Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer L. McHugh-Plummer; his stepmother Hellen Greenblatt; his children, Xachery Plummer and Mercedes DeMore; his siblings, Carl Tozer (Tammy) and Stacey Vaughn (Plummer); his nephew Devan Plummer; his nieces, Kaitlyn Dermen and Jillian Tozer; and his sister-in-law Julie McHugh. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
