He was the 12th out of 14 children.He is survived by : his wife Rosaline Phillips (Coleman) of Vineland; his daughter Shanna R.Phillips (Jacob) of Vineland; his step-daughter Roseanna Moore of Vineland; and his brother Warren Phillips (Sue). He is also survived by his grand daughters Micayla R Williams and Marissa R Williams of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
