He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Piper and Anna Mary Piper (Kupski); and his wife Susan (Barilla). He is survived by: his children, Paula Hinckley (Richard) and Timothy Piper Sr. (Shawna); his siblings, Ken Piper, Earl Piper, Brian Piper, Terry Piper, Carol Mason and Cynthia Luciano; his grandchildren, Timothy Jr., Kayla, Zachary and Gabriel; and his great grandchildren, Timothy III and Patrick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
