She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Walsh and Dorothy Walsh; her husband Samuel Forgie; and her daughter Shari L. Ney (Patrick). She is survived by: her daughter Lori Johnston (Paul); her stepdaughters, Linda Hinkley and Donna Morgan (Dennis); her sister Carol Peterson (Roger); her granddaughters, Ashley Trovarelli (Eric) and Dana Johnston (Joseph); and her great grandchildren, Madison, Chase, Taylor and Luke.
