He was predeceased by: his father Stacy Chester Locke; and his sister-in-law Barbara Vanaman. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Locke (Brittany) and Cecil Locke; his mother Sandra Polhamus (Lewis); his siblings, Tracey Veach and Stacy Locke, Jr.; and his parents-in-law, Karin and John Shaffer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in order to establish an education fund for Cecil.
