He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn K. Sutton; his parents, Nellie Sutton and Ephriam Sutton; and his siblings, Dewey Sutton, Genella Tomlin, Laura Mae White, Iva Lee Phillips, Joyce Gore and Martha Tomlinson.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Sutton-Heiman; his son-in-law Charles N. Heiman, Jr.; his grandson Charles N. Heiman, III of Orlando, FL; his son Noah D. Sutton, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Lisa Sutton (Bracco) of Millville, NJ; and his sister-in-law Rosita Filling (Richard Filling) of Granville Summit. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
