It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Scott of Millville, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary T. Lochner Rode (late Stanley) and Stephen Rode; and her children, Richard E. Scott and Wendy Scott. She is survived by: her caregiver Aide; her children, Shawn P. Scott (Stacy) and Christopher L. Scott (Corinne); her grandchildren, Sabrina, Haileigh, Deven, Julian and Eli; her siblings, Stephen Rode (Florence), Robert Rode and Thomas Rode (Diane); and her friend Roddie Murphy. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
