Tipton; her children, Tabitha Shaffer, Charles Shaffer, Jr. and Crystal Ramos (Edgar Sr.); her grandchildren, Jeaneya, Alex, Mercedes, Janesha "Girlfriend", Edgar "Bubba", Ja'kolle "Kollie", Brianna "Bri", Charlie III and Tyler; and her siblings, Juan Lebron, JoAnn Colon, Tina Cruz (Lambie), Ruth Ann White, Paul Watson and Jimmy Watson. She is also survived by mom and mommom to her kids and grandkids.
