He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Charles Haley and Catherine Arlene Haley. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Haley; his daughters, Sara Cabrera (Richard), Jillian Drake (Kenneth) and Emily Fralick (Russell); his grandchildren, Anthony, Natalie Cabrera, Sadie, Savannah Drake, Lacey and Lane Fralick; and his brother Kent Haley (Tanya). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
