With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine R. Baker of Millville, New Jersey, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on February 22, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her siblings, Evelyn Hannah (Art) and Shirley Burges; and her cousin Hazel Brown. She is survived by : her son Joseph Baker; and her siblings, George McGinnis (Pam), Sam McGinnis and Eddie Baker (Anna). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Josephine's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

“Joey and family my deepest sympathy to all of you in your loss. Josie and I worked at Genesis Elder Care together .She was a wonderful and kind lady . She was so fun and loving . She had such a contagious laugh. We had a lot of good times together. Remember all the good times you had together and keep them close to your heart.
