He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Tozer (Musto); his son Frank Tozer; his brother Jimmy Porch; and his mother Helen Tozer Burdsall. He is survived by: his daughter Jackie Choko (John); his grandchildren, Andi Choko, Cody Tozer, Jack Choko and Montana Jacobs; and his siblings, Charles Porch (Anita), Carl Porch, Robert Porch, Helen Marie Moyer (Ralph) and Peggy Porch. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
