The memory of Doreen L. Pettit of Millville, New Jersey, who passed away on September 16, 2024 at the age of 54, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Pettit and Elizabeth Pettit (Fedorski); and her sister Cynthia Pettit. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Velez of Millville and Justus Velez of Millville; her siblings, Sherry Keenan, Dorothy Pettit, Kenneth Powell, Dolores Powell, Patricia Ethofer, Randolph Powell, Robert Powell, Steve Pettit and Fred Pettit; her granddaughter Willow Velez; and her pets, Chloe, Emmy and Layla. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christy Funeral Home (11 W Broad St, Millville, NJ 08332). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
