She was predeceased by: her stepdaughter Gaynell Elaine Lewis; her siblings, Eddie, Gary, Leo Errickson and Latica Ruberti; her granddaughter Melanie Nicole Beebe; her stepson Ty Edward Lewis; and her husband Dana Lee Lewis, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Scott Beebe (Donna) of Millville, Dana "Hap" Lee Lewis III (Debra) of Vineland and Vicki Lynn Parliman (John) of Millville; her stepson Dana "Danny" Lee Lewis, Jr. (Terri) of Millville; and her sister Isibelle Alford of Marmora. She is also survived by many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Carol's memory be made to a charity of one's choice.
