He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Babbitt; his parents, Charles Riley and Elizabeth Riley; and his siblings, Lois Riley and Robert Riley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Riley and Peggy Riley; and his sister-in-law Mable Babbitt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
