He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Dean and Joyce J. Dean; and his brother-in-law Ronald Wells Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Dean; his sons, Mark Smith, Jai Wright (Janell), Bradley Smith and William "Weeble" Dean (Cynthia); his sisters, Sonya Ivanovs (Gregory) and Dina Wells; his grandchildren, Ashley Stapleford, Jaida Wright, Cynthia Dean and Disney Dean; and his nephews, Joshua Ivanovs, Zachary Ivanovs and Ronald Wells Jr..

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in memory of Bradley be sent to the Trinity A.M.E. Church Building Fund at 1107 Bridgeton Millville Pike, Bridgeton N.J. 08302.
